Freedom, Fun, Spiritual Community, Connection, Contribution and Flow. THESE are the feeling experiences of life that bring me present to the moment. In these moments I FEEL as though I lose all track of time. I’m in what athletes refer to as ‘the zone’. I am present to my ‘true self’, the authentic me, connected to Source and functioning naturally. 
 
In contrast, when my buttons get pushed, when I’m triggered by an outside person, situation or even a thought in my own mind, I go numb. I go unconscious. I shut down. I’m am no longer present to the moment. I am no longer my authentic self. I am no longer functioning freely with Source. 
 
What’s the reality here? I’ve been taken over by the ‘Identity System’. ‘It’, the Identity System is in now in charge, off and running and holding me hostage to its requirements to fix what’s wrong, make it better. OR, get depressed enough that I’m not who, where and how I should be. NOT healthy!! Not good…and we have a happy ending….
